Introduction to Account Activation

  • Multi-Site Customers: For multi-site customers with multiple devices, the activation process might vary slightly. It’s recommended to consult with your account manager for specific instructions.
  • Single Device Setup: For single device users, standard activation is more or less the same but limited to that one device only. 

Step 1: Account Activation via Email

  • First Email - Activate Account: After signing up, you’ll receive an email titled “Activate Account.” Clicking the link in this email directs you to a page where you’ll set your back office password. This password allows you to manage your products, categories, users, and storage locations through the back office portal accessible via the website.
  • Setting the Back Office Password: The password you create on this page is exclusively for accessing the back office portal, not for logging into the device.

Step 2: Logging In with Device ID and PIN

  • Second Email - Device ID and PIN: The second email you receive includes a device ID (a seven-digit number) and a PIN code (a four-digit number). These credentials are used for logging into your device.
  • Entering Login Details: Upon turning on the device for the first time, enter the device ID and PIN from the email into the respective fields on the screen. Make sure to use your own unique login details.


Super User Account - Pre-populated on the device

  • Initial Login (on device): After entering the correct credentials, click “Login” to access the device. The system automatically creates a super user account based on the details you provided during sign-up.
  • Super User Role: This super user account has administrative privileges, allowing you to manage other users and device settings as needed. If you'd like to remove this super user profile from the device you can do this in the user settings in the back office.

By following these steps, you can successfully activate your account and log into your device for the first time. This process is essential for setting up the device and accessing the back office portal, where you can manage your business operations.
