Charging issue fix
If your device isn't charging, turning on when plugged in or running out of battery fast, it may be as easy as replacing the charger.
Please note that the device MUST be charged using the supplied plug and cable.
If you attempt to charge the device via a third party cable or via a USB socket on a laptop or TV, then the battery will not properly charge.
The charging cable must be plugged into the USB plug adapter, which itself should be plugged into a UK mains 240v socket.
Before proceeding further and raising a ticket, please attempt to leave the device on charge using the supplied cable and charger for at least 3 hours.
If there are still issues after both using the correct charger and waiting 3 hours, we'll need to get your device back for inspection and get you a replacement device shipped out.
Where the battery is deemed faulty because of submersion in liquid or exposure to extreme moisture, this classified as accidental damage.
Please note that damaged batteries are not covered under warranty (accidental damage not covered as per the terms and conditions agreed upon signup).
