Connection problems
In order for the Labl.it device to function, it must be connected to the internet at all times. You can either connect to a WiFi network or insert a pre-paid SIM card to access our services.
If you are experiencing any issues with connecting to your internet provider, you may need to check your settings on the device.
Press the circle icon at the bottom of the device, select the settings app press "Network and Internet" to get to your internet settings. Then, try the following:- Ensure the switch icon next to WiFi is turned on (orange colour and the circle is positioned to the right).
- Ensure Aeroplane mode is turned off (grey colour and circle is positioned to the left).
- Select "WiFi", you should see the word "connected" below the name of your network. If you cannot see this, click the network you wish to connect to and retype your WiFi password in.
- If you have a SIM card installed, click "mobile plan" and ensure you have valid credit with your mobile service provider.
- If you have a corporate network that needs personal login details, you may need to ask your IT department or management team to "allow list" the device in order to connect.
