Fixing multi-label printing issue

If the device is printing several blank labels, this could be due to an app cache issue and the following should fix this:

  • Press the square icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
  • Press the X in the middle, or swipe the Labl.it app away like on a phone
  • On the home screen of the device, go to the Settings app
  • Click Apps
  • Click All Apps
  • Click Labl.it
  • Click Storage and cache
  • Click clear storage (don't worry, this won't clear any of your data as this is all stored in the cloud)
  • Click Delete in the Delete app data box
  • Click the circle icon
  • Relaunch the Labl.it app and log in using the correct Device ID and PIN that was provided (if you cannot remember you Device ID or PIN, please contact support@labl.it)
