Fixing multi-label printing issue
If the device is printing several blank labels, this could be due to an app cache issue and the following should fix this:
- Press the square icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Press the X in the middle, or swipe the Labl.it app away like on a phone
- On the home screen of the device, go to the Settings app
- Click Apps
- Click All Apps
- Click Labl.it
- Click Storage and cache
- Click clear storage (don't worry, this won't clear any of your data as this is all stored in the cloud)
- Click Delete in the Delete app data box
- Click the circle icon
- Relaunch the Labl.it app and log in using the correct Device ID and PIN that was provided (if you cannot remember you Device ID or PIN, please contact support@labl.it)
