Identifying your device model

📱 Three Models: Labl.it devices are made by Sunmi. There are three models in use: V2PRO, V2S and V3. All three have the same Labl.it features.

🔎 Finding the Model: The model name is printed on the device, under the Sunmi logo. It isn't shown in the backoffice or the Labl.it app.

🔌 Why It Matters: The scan button is in a different place on V2PRO, and charging cradles and silicone cases only fit one model.

Finding the Model Name

On the Device: Look under the Sunmi logo on the device. The model name is printed there.

If the Model Name Isn't Visible

Where the Model Isn't Shown

Backoffice: Shows the device's serial number and the Device ID used to log in, but not the model.
Labl.it App: About Device shows the app version, device name, device code (Device ID), venue name, venue email and serial number, but not the model.
If support asks for your model, check the device itself.

Accessories and Your Model

Model-Specific: Charging cradles and silicone cases only fit the model they're made for. Check your model before ordering a replacement cradle or case, or tell support which model you have.
Works With All Models: A charging cable is supplied with each device, and cables work with all three models.
