Product printing over two labels

At Labl.it we have two types of label: Prep and Sale. 

Prep labels are designed to only need one 40mm label for all the content to fit on. If you have selected a label from the "Prep" section on the device, but there is a slight gap at the top of the label, sometimes this can print over two labels.

Please see our print mis-alignment article to fix this.

However, if you have added a product intended for the prep section as a Sale product, this means the format will be different and this will always print over two labels. To double check, on the device you can click "Sale" on the print screen and any categories and products you see in this section will print over two. You will need to recreate these categories and products as Prep as we don't offer category / product movement between Prep and Sale sections.

Additionally, if you are printing Sale labels and using 40mm labels, you need to select "Single Height" on the print screen on the device. If you select "Double Height", some of your information will be missing as it will try and print between the gaps of the shorter labels.
