Solution - Roller Check

One solution is to check the roller in the lid. We may be able to send replacement parts without needed the device to be returned.

If the lid does not seem to be closing securely it is usually because of a faulty roller.

The roller within the lid should look like the below image.
​


Occasionally the black holding cog on the right of the roller comes away and this causes the lid to not close properly.
​


If this is missing, or if the entire roller isn't present, we can send a replacement roller to you.
