Labl.it Tools - Menu Analyser

Using AI, the analyser will scan your menu or allergen matrix and suggest a list of products and categories to be uploaded on to your backoffice account. Once you have checked over the suggested allergens and expiry information, you can export the list as a csv file to upload on to your account.

Usage guide

Start a new analysis. If you have analysed a menu before and want to edit items again, you can select a previous analysis from “Saved Analyses.”

1. Choose whether you are uploading a menu or an allergen matrix.

2. Once you are happy with the preview on the right, click “Analyse menu / matrix.”

3. After the AI tool finishes processing your upload, all items will appear in a list below. Click any item to review and, if needed, edit the suggested allergens, category, or expiry details for that product.

4. Use the tick icon to confirm a product and mark it as ready for export. Use the pencil icon to adjust the suggested information, and the X icon to remove a product from the export list.

5. If everything looks correct for all items, click “Confirm all” to approve all suggested information and prepare every product for export.

6. When you are ready, click the blue “Export x products” button in the top-right corner to download a .csv file for the Labl.it import.

7. After downloading the .csv file, go to your backoffice account and import it into your profile.
