Refresh Settings: Pull the latest settings from the backoffice. Try this first if a change you made in the backoffice isn't showing on the device.

About Device: Press the three lines in the top left corner, then press About Device. It shows the app version, device name, device code (Device ID), venue name, venue email and serial number.
Device Model: The model isn't shown in the app. See Identifying your device model.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays. Outside these hours, email us or raise a ticket and we'll reply as soon as we can.
Support Ticket: Raise a ticket from the Support page on the device, or at labl.it/contact.
What to Include: Your Device ID, a description of the problem and, if you can, a photo of the label or screen. This helps us resolve your query faster.
