The app is crashing

On very rare occasions, the app might freeze or become slow. This is usually due to having too many applications open on the device at one time.

Situation: If the Labl.it app becomes unresponsive when you are touching the display, or if the app suddenly closes and you are taken to the homepage of the device, the following fixes should help.

  • Press the square icon on the bottom right of the screen, then press the X icon below the app to clear it from the memory. Then, select the Labl.it app again from the home screen.
  • If the above still doesn't solve the issue, press and hold the smaller silver button on the side of the device to turn it off. You will need to press "power off" on the device. After powering off, repeat this step to turn the device on again and relaunch the Labl.it app.
